This for COPE to take an intimidate policy position which can also be a part of the election platform. But we are not calling for in inquiry if COPE gets elected.  

3.) So moved that COPE establish and Ombuds Office to deal with both internal and public complaints about the City of Vancouver and its operations similar to that of Toronto, Montreal and other cities globally.

4.) So moved that COPE schedule time for equality Caucuses at COPE general meetings and to hold one annual general meeting on equity issues.

5.) That COPE will run a minimum of 50% women candidates and further that COPE will run will an diversity of candidates in upcoming city election in October.
