At our annual Issues Meeting on Nov 29 COPE members heard from past senior planners Tom Phipps and Christina De Marco about the proposed development at 555 Cordova, which in its current form will limit options for upgrades of the waterfront station, and for which approval without the necessary conditions will miss the best opportunity to open up a bus route into the station complex.
