Please keep the date open and watch out for further information and reminders. And especially consider either running for office or finding suitable candidates to nominate. Nominations will be open from the floor, but advance notice to nominations@cope.bc.ca would be helpful – both for the organizers of the meeting, and for the potential candidates to obtain information about the roles and expectations of the various positions.

Volunteers are always needed for opening the room up, setting out chairs and tables, registration, balloting committee, Sergeants at Arms, stacking chairs and clean-up. If you are able to help us by volunteering, please contact us at cope@cope.bc.ca or by phone at (604) 255-0400. All help is gratefully appreciated.
