Hi,
Here's the new header on the newsletter template. I'm not sure what's going on with the footer. The only section I changed was "header". I'll assume the footer is fine, unless I hear otherwise.
BTW, this is only going to cope@cope.bc.ca - via "test" newsletter.

February 7, 2010: Hunger strike -- have a heart for housing!
Today, COPE City Councillor Ellen Woodsworth started her week of the 2010 homelessness hunger strike, kicking off with the “wooden spoon” pass at Pigeon Park. The hunger strikes calls for the re-establishment of a National Housing Program.
