About the bands….

Arctic

Haunting and moody with a hypnotic groove, ARCTIC conjures up chilly northern landscapes and intensely rich, layered space rock with their unique blend of electronic & acoustic sounds. Find out more at http://www.projectarctic.com.

The SSRI’s

We, The SSRIs strive to create progressive, creative, boundary pushing music. We are a four piece band from Vancouver, BC who make music predominantly with guitars, keyboards, drums and voices. We have played many shows with many bands, including The Doers, The Most Serene Republic, dd/mm/yyyy, The Rebel Spell, Bella, The Pack AD and many more. We were featured in three nights of CITR's Shindig Festival, and have been played regularly on radio stations such as CITR, CO-OP and CJSF. We released a self titled CD EP in late 2006, a free downloadable album in early 2008 and, most recently, a CD EP in 2009 called "Teems EP." In summer of 2009 we toured Canada to Montreal and back. The Georgia Straight featured us in "Best Of Vancouver 2009".

Pawnshop Diamond

Pawnshop Diamond have recently returned from touring in Ontario and Quebec. Their latest release Leaning to the Sun has been called "both vintage and timeless", "honest and touching" and "Classy adult rock... it gets under your skin before you have a chance to notice." Listen to Katie Ormiston and her band for a few songs and you'll understand why.
