Rachel Gold works at Little Mountain Neighbourhood House where she oversees children’s literacy and youth leadership programs. Rachel also sits on the City of Vancouver’s Citizen’s Advisory Committee on Youth Justice/ Family Courts, is a facilitator with PeerNET BC’s youth empowerment initiative, Kinex, and is active in Paloma, the East Vancouver Housing Cooperative where she lives. Rachel has
worked on issues including non-profit housing and disability, and was a public school Youth and Family Counselor. Rachel is an active COPE volunteer – she has done everything from database
entry to event support, and managed a zone house in the 2008 municipal election.
